What Machines Are Required for CKD Refrigerator & Freezer Production
from last post, we clearly know how a refrigerator is structured and what pars are included in CKD kits. Under CKD mode, you don’t need make every part by yourself, the parts that are made by complicated process and require high-cost machines, and the molds could be provided by CKD factory.
these parts doesn’t take up much space, and save your high invest. so our CKD solutions are flexiable, and customized based on your resources.
However, some machines are necessary if move on CKD mode, as we know, no matter refrigerator or freezer, its inner liner takes up 90% space, if you can make inner liner locally, it will save much space, and load more other kits.
The necessary machines you must have when manufacturing CKD refrigerator and freezer
1. Refrigerator inner liner machines
for a refrigerator inner liner production, it is thermoformed by thermoforming machines, so it involves thermoforming machines and mold.
2. Freezer inner linner machines
how to make the chest freezer innter liners?
the freezer (chestfreezer) inner liner production is different from the refrigerator. its inner liner are made from 3pieces of alunimum metal sheet (embossed finish) . two pieces are connected by hemming machine, and become a barrel shape，then connected with the bottom sheet by lock seaming machine。so if you want to make the inner linner, you just need hemming machine & lock seaming machine, and its related cutting die is required.
3. Assembly-line
it is used to assemble the shell and the inner liner, the assembly line is charged by its length. we can calculate its length based on daily production capacity and the working staff numbers.
4. Foaming machine & foaming mold
the cabinet and the door will need be foamed after assembled. the foaming process play important role in fridge/freezer productions. its main function is thermal insulation(block heat ingress, retain cold inside), strengthen cabinet, fix internal components, reduce noise & moisture.
the foaming machine is selected based on daily output and product type. our foaming machine company can make customized solutions for you and provide overseas installation, commissioning, training and spare parts support.
menawhile, foaming mold is required based on proudct type, every cabinet/door requires its mold. the foaming time requires 8-15 mins depends on volume.
5. Multi-station centralized vacuum units
Function: To extract air, moisture and non-condensable gases inside the refrigeration pipeline, in preparation for refrigerant charging.
this is necessary step and vacuum units are deceided by the daily output.
6. Refrigerant Charging Machine
R600A and R290 are widely used in refrigerator and freezer.
