Sure. We have extensive experience in CKD exports. We are capable of handling all procedures including parts fabrication, packaging specifications, customs documentation and after-sales technical support. Customers are welcome to visit our factory to discuss cooperation details in person.
Which condenser type do you recommend, built-in or external wire-tube type?
Built-in condenser: neat appearance, less dust accumulation and lower risk of damage during transportation.
Its limitation is relatively limited heat dissipation space, so the cooling performance will be affected slightly under high ambient temperature.
External wire-tube condenser: higher heat dissipation efficiency, stable cooling and lower power consumption, ideal for hot climate areas.
The downside is it tends to collect dust and requires regular cleaning; it is also easier to get dented during handling.
Both types are available for our top mount refrigerator. You may choose based on the local climate of your target market.
The voltage in our country is unstable. What should I pay attention to when purchasing refrigerators?
Wide voltage compressor is the first priority. We suggest models supporting 180V~240V working range. The fridge can start and cool steadily under voltage fluctuation, and the compressor is less likely to burn out.
Compressor delay start protection: it prevents immediate restart after power cut, to avoid repeated electric impact and compressor damage.
Refrigerant selection: compressors with R600a or R290 show more stable cooling performance under low voltage.
We do not recommend relying only on an external voltage stabilizer. It brings extra cost and potential failure risks. Wide voltage design built into the fridge is a better solution.
If the voltage swings extremely violently, a qualified stabilizer can help extend the service life.
